Rates vary by cabin, by season and day of the week. Please select the Cabins tab (top right) and then select which property you are interested. From there, scroll down to the Rates section.
For a total cost estimate, enter your travel dates in the Book Now button for a no obligation price quote or contact us with the date(s) you would like to book.
NOTE: Sometimes our calendar can look booked when it is not. Please send a message for openings.
House Rules
We want all our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay at Dream Big Bay, however we do have a few house rules:
- No smoking
- No pets (no exceptions, we have family allergies)
- No fireworks allowed (July 4th excluded)
- WE LIKE OUR NEIGHBORS. Please be courteous with your activities and noise levels. Quiet hour begins at 10 PM Sunday - Thursday and 11 PM Friday - Saturday.
Year Round Policies
Check in: 4:00 PM
Check out: 9:00 AM
Peak Season:
- Main Cabin: June - August: 7 night min stay; Saturday check out only
- A-Frame Cabin: June - August: 4 night min stay; Saturday or Sunday check out preferred but not required
Off Season: September - May: Varies 4 night min stay; Saturday or Sunday check out preferred but not required
Cleaning fee:
- Main Cabin: $310 cleaning fee per visit
- A-Frame Cabin: $125 cleaning fee per visit
